Bogan bowls at Kilcoy

About 70 people turned up on Saturday April 27 for the Bogan Barefoot Bowls afternoon at Kilcoy Bowls Club.

Bogans, flannos and mullets galore.
Bogans, flannos and mullets galore.

There were lots of great bogans and some fantastic mullets among the crowd, including quite a few junior bowlers on the green.

The inaugural ‘Dunny Roll Tossing Competition’ was held, and a sudden death playoff was necessary for the adult competition between Jo and Shane.

Shane Miles from The Central Milkbar was the ultimate winner of the ‘Best Tosser’ trophy.

The Junior competition was won by Brodie Dyball, now the proud owner of a new Broncos scarf. Winner of the mullet competition was Gary Jepperson. Raffles ran throughout the day.

A special thanks was sent out to Kilcoy Butchery and Kilcoy Beauty for donating the major raffle prizes, and a thank you to every bogan for supporting the club.

Rod Goldsbrough was in charge of the Dunny roll toss.
