Between 6.30am and 5.30pm, unknown offenders forced entry to the house situated on acreage.

A window screen was damaged to gain entry to the residence and multiple items including vehicle keys and cash were stolen. The stolen keys were then used to steal a vehicle from the property.

A white Subaru Outback bearing Queensland Registration plates is believed to have travelled west from the address.

Police are urging locals to report suspicious behaviour or sightings of this vehicle.

If your rural property is fenced with a gate, please ensure the gate is locked.

By making it more difficult for opportunistic offenders to enter your property by car, you can stop similar offences from occurring.
