Calling all league girls
Girls born between 2007 and 2019, who are interested to play rugby league this year, are invited to a come-and-try session at the Woodford Showgrounds next Wednesday afternoon (February 21).
The Stanley River Wolves will host the session from 4pm, with club personnel including Jarrod Bailey, Sam Cooper and Jay Roche involved in running it.
New and returning players are welcome.
Those who have never played before will need to fill out a ‘Come and Try’ form, which can be found at the Stanley River Rugby League Football Club social media page. Returning players need to be registered to Stanley River at www.playrugbyleague.com
