Council commits to ongoing support for SES

SOMERSET Regional Council is committed to continuing its strong partnership with SES by endorsing a Memorandum of Understanding with Queensland Fire and Emergency Services until 2024.

Somerset Councillor Jason Wendt (pictured) said council wanted to show its commitment to the SES by endorsing a new MOU until 2024.

“The SES provides an essential service to our community in its greatest times of need,” Cr Wendt said.
