Flood warning for Stanley River
A warning has been issued that minor flooding is possible at Woodford this Tuesday afternoon.
Rainfall of between 40mm and 70mm has been observed across upper parts of the Stanley River catchment overnight until 9am Tuesday.
This is leading to river level rises along upper parts of the Stanley River, with the part of the river at Woodford reaching 2.68 metres so far.
Further rain could lead to further river level rises, with the Stanley River at Woodford to potentially reach the minor flood level of five metres.
