Hot Autumn night for locals

APPROXIMATELY 597 residents across D’Aguilar, Bracalba, Woodford and Mount Mee sweltered through a steamy night (Sunday March 19) with no air-condition or fans thanks to a power outage across the region.

A spokesperson from Energex said power went out at 8:45pm and was progressively restored from 10:00pm onwards, with all customers “up and running” by 10:22pm. 

A cause of the outage has not yet been determined.
