Hundreds of alleged stolen tools located in Caboolture
CABOOLTURE police have arrested a 29-year-old Elimbah man for multiple offences that occurred at Stony Creek and Stanmore, including additional offences from December 13.
Between 7pm on January 26 and 7.30am on January 27, it is alleged an excavator was stolen from a Wilkes Road, Stoney Creek address.
At 2.56pm on January 27, the stolen excavator was located at Tilpawai Road, Woodford, along with a stolen Nissan truck.
Between January 26 and January 27, it is alleged two Honda motorcycles and an excavator on a trailer were stolen from a Hart Road, Stanmore address.
It is alleged tools were also stolen from the Stanmore property.
Police located the excavator and trailer along with other stolen vehicles and over 100 additional power tools alleged to be stolen.
Owners of some of the tools have been identified however, police are asking residents who have had tools stolen between December 2022 and January 19, to contact Policelink on 131 444.

Between 7pm on January 27 and 9.30am on January 28, it is further alleged a Nissan Patrol was stolen from a Netherton Street, Nambour address.
At about 4.30pm on January 29, Caboolture police sighted the Nissan Patrol in the Narangba area.
It is alleged the 29-year-old Elimbah man ran from the vehicle and attempted to steal a prime mover before being apprehended by police a short time later.
It is further alleged that police located stolen items in the vehicle including keys to excavation equipment.
The 29-year-old Elimbah man has been charged with seven counts of break and enter, two counts of unlawful entry to a premises, unlawful entry to a dwelling, dangerous operation of a vehicle, forgery, obstructing police, possession of things with intent to forge documents, four counts of receiving tainted property, two counts of stealing, seven counts of vehicle theft, four counts of wilful damage, possession of a dangerous drug and seven counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle used to commit an indictable offence.
He is set to appear in the Caboolture Magistrates Court on February 27.
A 29-year-old Caboolture woman was also charged with receiving stolen property and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
She is set to appear in the Caboolture Magistrates Court on February 17.
