Another shower or two on the way
The Moreton area is likely to have more rain than the Somerset area on Friday, after this proved to be the case on Thursday.
More than 20mm of rain fell in locations from Caboolture to Kilcoy on Thursday, while there was much less rain from Toogoolawah to Lowood.
The Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) has indicated a 50 to 60 percent chance of rain in places from Caboolture to Kilcoy on Friday, with a possible shower or two while temperatures hover around 26 or 27 degrees.
The BoM has forecast a 30 to 40 percent chance of rain from Toogoolawah to Lowood, with temperatures in the high 20s.
