Big changes proposed for D’Ag store

The massively popular D’Aguilar Corner Store, in D’Aguilar, is in for a major overhaul, based on concept plans submitted to Moreton Bay Regional Council.

The images were shared by Councillor Tony Latter on Friday, who said he was unable to offer any official position on the development, although he realised it could prove to be a contentious issue for residents.

In his post to his Facebook page, Cr Latter said he was legally prevented from commenting on the development until it was voted on by the other councillors.

“I know this Development application may raise some robust commentary from the surrounding community particularly due to the rich history this store has had in the community for close to 100 years,” Cr Latter said.
