Community invited to jammit planning session
WITH just weeks remaining for submissions to the proposed book ‘The legend of jammit’, organisers are holding a planning meeting next Wednesday.
John Lynn, the convenor of the ‘jammit’ sessions, held at the Woodford Bowls Club from 2011 to 2016, said the meeting would give anyone wanting to share ideas on the book’s content an opportunity to talk about their suggestions, and hear ideas from others.
Mr Lynn said the book’s collators would be sharing their own ideas and collecting suggestions from potential contributors during the evening.
All submissions for the book must be finalised and submitted by the end of July, Mr Lynn said, for the book to be formatted and ready to print by the end of this year.

The meeting will be held at the Woodford Bowls Club on Wednesday June 1, from 6.30pm.
