Ivy cracks the ton
Glamorgan Vale's Ivy Heck celebrated her 100th birthday yesterday.

A long time member of the Glamorgan Vale branch of the QCWA, Ivy joined with branch members for a celebratory lunch.
When asked her secret, Ivy said 'good breeding', with a number of her relatives also passing the 100-year-old mark.
"The only problem I have is my hearing isn't very good, but I have hearing aids, so I cope," Ivy said.
"But with all these birthday parties, I think I may put on some weight this week."
