Kilcoy Mowers and Small Engine Centre welcomes Husqvarna

WHEN Lee and Julia Robinson took over Kilcoy Mechanical in June 2019, they recognised a need for a mower centre to service Kilcoy and the surrounding area. Local residents had to drive considerable distances to have outdoor power equipment serviced or repaired.

Opening the mower centre during a drought may not have been the smartest move, however they were soon repairing firefighting pumps to deal with the bushfires at that time.

Then the rains came and so did the need for mowers and brush cutters. Hence the Centre became extremely busy repairing and servicing mowers that had been in the shed for quite some time.

Lee and Julia realised that there were some delays in getting mowers and equipment back to their owners at times, and they thank the community for their patience during that busy time.

Lee said that unfortunately COVID-19 has left us all with a worldwide shortage of spare parts which also adds delays to the repairs.

Now, Kilcoy Mower and Small Engine Centre has become a Husqvarna dealership and is able to offer a full range of new Husqvarna products.

Julia feels this will further add to the service offering to the local community.

“We have been offered other dealerships, however chose Husqvarna as they provide a full range of quality outdoor power equipment,” Julia said.

“Some products have an option to come with a five-year warranty. That’s hard to beat.”

The Centre is also offering some great specials and giveaways to celebrate the opening of the new Husqvarna dealership.

Come and visit the Centre to see what’s on offer, or look for these offers in the Sentinel News.

Kilcoy Mower and Small Engine Centre welcomes you to drop in and have a look at their new showroom.

Of course they are still offering service, repairs and parts on a full range of brands and products.

Lee said: “We endeavour to offer good old fashioned country service and a smile.

“We are committed to serving the community and thank all our customers for their ongoing support.”
