Police seek help after Ningi theft

Police are appealing to the public for help in tracking four people wanted in connection to a break and enter at Ningi on Australia Day.

At 4.18am a stolen white Toyota Prado attended the Regina Avenue store and four offenders used an angle grinder to gain entry to the store.

The offenders then forced entry to the locked cigarette cupboard and stole product and chocolates before leaving the store at 4.24am.

Anyone with relevant dashcam in the Ningi area about 4.30am on Australia Day (Thursday January 26) is urged to contact police.

The Toyota Prado with Queensland Registration 00GMM was stolen from a unit at Paradise Point on the Gold Coast on January 20.

Detectives are appealing for anyone with further information to contact police.

The clothing of the four offenders are described as:

Offender 1: Grey material covering head, navy Adidas trackpants with red and white stripes down the sides, black gloves, a black jumper with a Nike symbol on the side and a picture of a white circle ‘globe type symbol’ with red in the middle, wearing white and grey sneakers with a black tick on the side.

Offender 2: Black material covering head, black track pants with white stripes down the side, white sneakers with black lines on the side, a grey jumper and black gloves.

Offender 3: Red material covering head, a black jacket with red parts around the arms, black pants, red sneakers and ‘FOX’ red and black gloves.

Offender 4: Black material covering head, a white face mask, a black jumper with a small white symbol on the back right shoulder blade area and grey, white and fluro orange sneakers.
