Road closures at Wivenhoe Dam
DRIVERS travelling on Esk-Kilcoy Road and Wivenhoe-Somerset Road at Wivenhoe Dam are warned of road closures until Friday April 29, between 6am and 6pm every day.
Esk-Kilcoy Road and Wivenhoe-Somerset Road will be closed from Wednesday to Friday.
The roads are being closed to allow filming of a television commercial by Gold Coast-based production company, Cartel Film Productions.
Under the terms of the road closure, authorised by the Queensland Police Service, the roads can be closed completely during the operating hours, or traffic flow controlled by to restrict traffic movements.
The closures take effect from Wednesday April 27 until Friday April 29, and allow for the road to be shut between 6am and 6pm each day.
The Queensland Police Service apologised for any incovenience to residents and road users during the closures.
