Storm activity about

SHOWERS and scattered storms are expected in much of the Moreton and Somerset area for the remainder of today as well as tomorrow, while temperatures are likely to be in the early 30s tomorrow.

Moore and Linville had nearly 30mm of rain from 9am to 3pm today, while Esk and Toogoolawah had about 20mm of rain in the same time-frame.

Only a small amount of rain occurred in other locations from Caboolture to Lowood, but more is expected in the next 24 hours.

According to the Bureau of Meteorology (BoM), anything from 4mm to 15mm of rain is forecast tomorrow for Caboolture and Wamuran, and up to 10mm from Woodford through to Toogoolawah and Moore.

The BoM predicted anything from 4mm to 15mm in Fernvale and Lowood tomorrow.
