Wet start to working week
MUCH of the Moreton and Somerset area copped a drenching on Monday morning, with a downpour occurring in numerous locations from Caboolture to Lowood.
Fine weather ensued for the latter part of the morning and early afternoon despite cloudy skies, before light rain returned in some places in the afternoon.
The Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) has predicted more showers are likely throughout the region this afternoon and evening, and anything from 3mm to 8mm of rain on Tuesday.
