Somerset appoints pool and gym operator at Toogoolawah
SOMERSET Regional Council has appointed a well-known and highly respected operator to continue managing its combined Toogoolawah Pool and Gym Precinct.
At its meeting on June 7, Council awarded a three-year tender to Somerset Health and Fitness.
Somerset Councillor Sean Choat said the tender went to an operator located in the region and one who had efficiently and effectively managed the new combined facility over the past 12 months.
“The operator is to be congratulated for their professionalism and management of the facility and council looks forward to patronage continuing to grow at this facility over the next few years.”
