Cricket finals series up in the air
CABOOLTURE and Wamuran and Burpengary cricket teams that have qualified for the finals are waiting to see how things unfold, following the abandonment of this weekend’s cricket fixtures.
The Wamuran-Stanley River Division 4 cricket team is one of the teams waiting to see how the finals unfold, following washed out fixtures.
After the last week of the round-robin season was washed out last weekend, the semi-finals were scheduled for this Saturday and Sunday before grand finals are scheduled for March 12, 13 and 19.
Recent floods prompted Queensland Cricket to cancel all premier cricket fixtures for this weekend.
