Lilly Chambers and Lexie Sutton will line up for U15 Gold, and Chelsea Hewitt and Izzy Boyland will play for U15 White, while Sophie Curtis represents U15 Black.

Hayley Larkin will coach the Gold team while Kelly Sutton is manager, and Jo Wilson will coach the White team.

The squads were chosen after a two-month period of trials and fitness sessions, with independent selectors overseeing the trials and fitness sessions.

The Warriors contingent will play about 20 games over the three days against teams from numerous netball associations across Queensland, including Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Emerald, Hervey Bay, and Pine Rivers.

Playing at State Age level will be new to Chambers, Hewitt, Boyland and Curtis, while Sutton will step up after previously playing at State Age U12-14 level.

Larkin has coached Sutton, Chambers and Hewitt at club level, while Wilson has coached Chambers, Hewitt and Boyland.

“As a coach we are now in our teams, and will be preparing our team to come up against the best players in the state,” Larkin said.

“This year, Netball Queensland has incorporated rolling subs in the game so we will also be learning along the way.

“We have approximately 10 weeks of training and also playing in the Caboolture Netball Association Monday night competition.”

Larkin said her aim at the State Age event was to make the Division 1 Championship while Wilson’s aim was to make the Division 1 Challenge.
