Year 12 CPR

Year 12 students at Kilcoy State High School will be equipped with the necessary first aid information and practical skills ranging from using Epi-pens and responding to anaphylaxis episodes, measures to address asthma attacks, the process of bandaging limbs after snakebites and CPR by the end of term 3.

Ambulance staff were extremely impressed with the students’ engagement and enthusiasm during the delivery. They left this class with confidence in using first aid equipment and the knowledge in how to deal with real life first aid incidents.

Thanks to the Kilcoy Ambulance officers who attended to teach the students basic first aid and CPR.
